The video's point was pretty clear. Almost everyone is terrified when they get in front of an audience to make a speech. Many questions are rushing through your mind about how the audience will perceive your speech and how they will react. "What if they don't like the speech?" Public speaking is something everyone is going to have to do at one point or another and if we get up in front of everyone terrified they are going to notice. The audience can smell fear. I think we can learn from this video that we should get in front with our head held high. If we say our speech with confidence it will turn out much better than if we worry about everyone's opinions and the fact you want to hide under a rock. Once you are finished giving your speech you will feel so much better about it if you give it with confidence. Plus, with confidence even if you do mess up they will not notice. The audience didn't write your speech. How will they know if you leave out a sentence or forget something? So, take a deep breath, hold your head high, and just tell yourself it will be over soon.

Nice Blog, Emilee. When I was young, I was so scared when I had to talk before a group, that I could hear my heart beating. It gets better.
